This policy explains how Agentmemory collects, uses, protects, and retains information when visitors use agentmemory.space, request checkout, submit support requests, or connect an AI-agent memory workspace.
2. Information We Process
We may process contact details, account and billing status, workspace settings, first-party analytics, support messages, agent-session metadata, memory records, user-provided prompts or observations, source references, deletion requests, and audit logs. Payment details are processed by Creem or another payment processor and we do not store full card numbers.
3. Customer Data
Customer Data belongs to the customer. We process it to provide memory capture, retrieval, governance, export, support, security, abuse prevention, and service improvement. Customers are responsible for having the right to submit any data to the service.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, payments, analytics, security, customer support, legal compliance, or business operations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We retain information only as long as needed for service, legal, billing, security, audit, backup, dispute-resolution, and legitimate business purposes.

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction where applicable by contacting support@aigeamy.com. Some information may be retained when required for billing, fraud prevention, security, compliance, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
